Leadership in Action

Aims and Scope

Leadership in Action offers unprecedented access to one of the world's premiere leadership research institutes�the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Since 1970, CCL has been in the forefront of leadership research and education. Through its research, CCL has gained extensive knowledge of the best leadership strategies and practices. Through its educational programs, CCL has developed effective methods for communicating the essence of these strategies and practices to a wide variety of people.

Leadership in Action aims to help practicing leaders and those who train and develop practicing leaders by providing them with insights gained in the course of CCL's educational and research activities. It also aims to provide a forum for the exchange of information and ideas between practitioners and CCL staff and associates.
