Journal of Consumer Behaviour

Aims and Scope

The aim of the Journal of Consumer Behaviour is to bridge the divide between theory and practice to provide a forum that academics, marketing practitioners, and consumer groups will find of direct relevance. The Journal of Consumer Behaviour offers an international forum for the latest thinking, new developments and cutting-edge techniques in all aspects of consumer behaviour. The Journal's editorial focus is global and does not reflect the interests of any particular country.

The Journal publishes:

  • Applied research papers from leading schools, research institutes and universities with significant implications for consumer marketing.
  • Industry case studies focusing on the real-life challenges and problems faced by major corporations, and the lessons learned.
  • Articles outlining conceptual frameworks through models and theories which have practical application.
  • Practitioner papers by leading thinkers and experts in the field of consumer research.
  • Book reviews, providing a 'thumbnail' of best practice in marketing within the consumer behaviour field.
