Aims and Scope

Public Administration and Development reports, reviews and assesses the practice of public administration at local, regional, national and international levels where this is directed to development in less industrialised and transitional economies. It gives special attention to investigations of the management of all phases of public policy formulation and implementation which have an interest and importance beyond a particular government and state. PAD also publishes articles on experiences of development management in the NGO sector. Books on development administration are regularly reviewed for the benefit of students and practitioners of public administration in developing countries and those with related interests in the area of development studies.
